I did have some issues after reading some of the prior reviews prior to purchasing the unit. After utilizing the unit now for some time I can say I've had no problems and the unit has actually done flawless. We simply purchased this Gamo PT-80 Magazines (3-Pack), utilizing the price cut and the cost-free shipping. Made it the very best price on the internet when we purchased it first of this month.
Eight Shot Mags
The rotary magazines for the PT-80 work as they are supposed to... There is an occasional "missfire" where the pellet is left in the chamber, but I think that is a flaw in the gun, not the magazine. They are easy to load, and you CAN load BB's into them and they will fire with the same velocity... they will not roll out the barrel.
The only improvement I would make would be to color code, or in some other way mark, the side of the magazine the pellets should be loaded into. Right now, that is difficult to determine, and a magazine loaded the wrong way will not rotate in the gun to give you eight shots.
Good item, well worth the money.
