Hard Hitting Not for targets , the steel tip ball almost always comes out when you hit any hard target.and always will have the tendecy to come back towards shooter.as far as for hunting they get a five star I tested the gamo .25 Gold Plated PBA And The Platnium(PS I love the Platnium PBAut these steel tip rocket pellets went clean thew a thick stainless steel dog dish and still had enough volicity/power to stick in the wood behind the dish,{ PBA gold is a very good pellet but did not go thew the same dish.Plantnium did go thew but bounced off the wood behind it.I use a benjamin break barrel nito piston XL .25 cal for this testTo be honest any one of these pellets at .25 cal will kill anything smaller than a racoon with no problem at least with my gun.And only in a survival type situation I confident this gun with the rocket pellet will take down a deer hit in the head.And I hand select the rocket pellets for hunting because some have inperfections Most check to see if the steel...
