I got this product about 7 days ago and am extremely happy with the product. I had an Gamo Raptor PBA .177 Cal, 5.4 Grains, Round Nose, 100ct and I would never ever purchase again. So far so great. Cannot be worse than the Gamo Raptor PBA .177 Cal, 5.4 Grains, Round Nose, 100ct Likewise if you registered it on line you got an extra 2 months guarantee.
not bad
Using them to shoot squirels (tree rats). Did not get in-out penetration. Tips rounded, not pointed. Higher velocity, but I seriously doubt anywhere near 25% they claim. Don't know if they're worth the extra cost for short range (about 50 feet or less). Better than Gamo magnum, but not much at the range I'm shooting.
Gamo Raptor PBA .177 Cal, 5.4 Grains, Round Nose, 100ct Description
New Raptor Performance Ballistic Alloy, the first non-lead Alloy Airgun Ammunition that increases velocity up to 25% over lead, while maintaining “match grade” accuracy. Specifically designed as a hunting load, the new P.B.A.™ enables airguns which normally shoot 1000 f.p.s. to shoot up to 1200 f.p.s., with tremendous penetration. In fact, the ammunition is 50% harder than lead causing penetration to be enhanced by up to 100% in tests in actual hunting situations as well as ballistic mediums. Raptor P.B.A. test results show ballistic stability at super-sonic speeds and up to 90% weight retention using the new semi-pointed design. Comes in a 100 count .177cal rocket package.

Most Underlined Buyer Review : Good power, but terrible quality
I have just purchased the PBA Gold pellets for my Crosman Nightstalker but I have found the quality of the manufacturing of the pellets are horrible. What I mean by this is I usually end up throwing away between 15 and 20 pellets per 100 package because of screwed up pellet shapes and. Most will be ok but I find a lot of the pellets are deformed and will not fit in my gun because of enlarged pellet skirts. Personally I will not be purchasing these pellets ever again. But if you enjoy spending $10 for pellets and throwing away 20% of them, then these should suit you!
